From Turkmenistan to Iran via railway station Akyayla proceeded on board of the train, making another test flight on the route China-Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran.

Launched on 28 December 2017 from Changsha (Hunan province) is a large industrial center in southern China – the train from 41 container wagon, loaded with consumer goods, will help to accurately determine the time and other performance characteristics of the route for establishing regular traffic.

Sending a train to Changsha (China)–Altynkol (Kazakhstan)–Bolashak–Serhetyaka (Turkmenistan)-Akyayla–Incheburun (Iran)-Tehran was held in a solemn atmosphere corresponding to the value of the event.

Next, he traveled 825 miles to the Turkmen station Akyayla, located in the South of the Balkan province, and ahead of specified schedule, and reached the territory of Iran.

The railway Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran is the most economical railway between Asia and Europe, the shortest way of delivery of cargoes, including transit, and in the future – and for passenger transport.

As noted earlier, the President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the railway Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran – is not only commercially sound project, but also a serious geopolitical factor, capable of exerting a very positive impact on the overall situation in the region and beyond, on stability and security in Asia, to give additional stability to the entire system of continental political relations.

The prospects of using this route is obvious and in the context of strengthening of cooperation at the level of international and regional organizations, including such as the Shanghai cooperation organization, the CIS, the economic cooperation Organization.
