The trading structure of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries – the company Turkmen Petroleum estimates the possibility of increasing the supply of diesel fuel to the Ukrainian market in 2019 by 40%, to 250-260 thousand tons. The operating manager of the company Charyguly Yuvshanov said this at the Black Sea Petroleum Trading 2019 forum in Odessa, according to the ORIENT, citing the website enkorr.
The topics of the forum include issues related to the marine supply of petroleum products: market trends, aspects of ports, transshipment facilities and service companies, legislation, etc.
The logistic capabilities of the Turkmenbashi sea port in the Caspian Sea make it possible to ship diesel fuel and other types of oil products year-round. It was noted that from an economic point of view, the most attractive route for shipments to Ukraine is the route of delivery through the Vologda shipping canal.

In 2018, deliveries of diesel fuel from Turkmenistan amounted to 187 thousand tons, the newspaper notes.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan, from January to May 2019, the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries produced diesel fuel in the amount of 769.1 thousand tons. At the same time, TCOR intends to produce diesel fuel this year in excess of 1 million 991 thousand tons.
In January-April 2019, the volume of exports of oil products of Turkmenistan amounted to 668.4 thousand tons.
