Last week, 41 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United States, Switzerland, Malta and other countries purchased straight-run gasoline, aviation, technical and lighting kerosene, petroleum coke, base oil produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Businessmen from Russia and Tajikistan purchased polypropylene and polyethylene produced at the polymer plant in Kiyanly. Representatives of business circles of the Russian Federation, Germany, Hong Kong, Turkey, Serbia, Uzbekistan purchased colorless flat glass, Portland cement, terry products, cotton yarn, cotton fiber, extract and licorice roots. The total amount of transactions was about $37 million US dollars.

For the national currency, businessmen from Russia purchased knitwear, agricultural products and cotton yarn totaling more than 18,615,000 manat.
